2.) IS LOAN AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASING THE PLOTS?

Yes. Financial Institutions can provide you the loan for purchasing the Plot. Every bank have their own norms regarding the Margin money. If you are comfortable you can avail personal loan instead of Housing loan .It depends on your plan either Long term or Short term. In all Case your Income proof is a must to determine your eligibility.

3.) IS LOAN AVAILABLE FOR CONSTRUCTING THE RESIDENTIAL OR FARM OR WEEKEND HOUSE?

Yes. The Financial Institution can provide you the Loan for construction also. The amount of Loan depends on the Total Construction cost and your Income proof provided to the institutions. Equated Monthly Instalments (EMI) depends upon your Income and your Loan requirement.

4.) AM I ELIGIBLE FOR GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY UNDER PMAY?

Yes. Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, You have to fulfil the conditions for you to be eligible for the subsidy. Details provided in Subsidy Menu.

5.) WHEN CAN WE START CONSTRUCTING THE RESIDENTIAL OR FARM OR WEEKEND HOUSE?

Construction can be started after you register the Plot in your name and the Building Plan approved by the concerned Government authorities. We can guide and assist you in getting the Building Plan approved by the concerned authorities.

6.) WHO WILL GUIDE ME IN GETTING THE LOAN?AND GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY UNDER PMAY?

We will guide you in getting the Loan from your Bank or any other Financial Institutions and regarding Subsidy, Only the Institution which sanctions the loan to you will get the subsidy reimbursed on your behalf and credit it in your loan account there by reducing burden you owe to the Financial Institutions. The subsidy can be claimed only after construction is complete and not before.

7.) WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SUBSIDY UNDER PMAY?

The maximum subsidy is Rs 2,60,000 /.

8.) WHO WILL CONSTRUCT THE BUILDING.?

You can construct the Residential House or Farm house or Weekend House by your own efforts or we can also guide you by assigning the construction work to our known persons with your participation.

9.) CAN I GET ANY RETURNS ON MY INVESTMENT?

Yes. You Can Rent your Residential House or Farm house or Weekend House during the time of your un occupied period either on daily Basis or Monthly basis. It depends on your choices and on the situation prevailing at the time of your decision.
